01 Provide your details
Enter the company details, original ATG invoice number and each product serial number. Provide an accurate, detailed fault description, including when it happens, how often, error messages and troubleshooting already completed. Incomplete or incorrect details can delay testing and getting your products back.
02 ATG reviews your request
ATG checks the original sale and serial tracking in Cin7, then confirms the RMA and return instructions.
03 Goods are received & tested
The team records receipt, assessment results and any supplier warranty claim against the return. A testing fee may be charged at ATG’s discretion if no fault is found.
04 Outcome & closure
ATG records the repair, replacement, refund or other assessment outcome and updates the customer.
